Step 1: Contact Us
Contact us to discuss the issue you are facing and what makes you think you may have a bed bug infestation. We may ask you to send us some photos or look for some of the signs of bed bugs. Depending on the information and photos you provide, we will arrange to visit your property to either carry out a bed bug inspection or carry out treatment. We will always use unmarked vehicles and equipment during the heat treatment.

Step 2: Before We Arrive
We will ask you to follow our checklist to prepare for heat treatment. We will also ask you to put on your heating to pre-warm the property or room before we arrive as this will speed up the process of getting the room to the required temperature. Before we start, we may move items.

Step 3: Begin the Heat Treatment.
We will locate our heaters and fans in position. Once the required temperature is reached, we will turn on our industrial fans to circulate the heat round the entire room.

Step 4: Monitoring
We will continue to monitor the temperature using our thermal imaging technology. During this time we may move smaller items to avoid cold spots where bed bugs can hide to escape the heat. We will continue the process for up to 6 hours to ensure all bed bugs and their eggs are killed. We will often take photos and videos to show you the extent of the infestation.

Step 5: Cooling Down
Once we have finished, we will remove our equipment and open the windows to allow the rooms to cool down. You will be allowed to re-enter your property, but we recommend you wait until it has reached a suitable temperature.

Step 6: Our Guarantee
Once the treatment is complete you will have a 6 month guarantee that bed bugs will not return.
